Ideally, you should use it routinely twice a day, before you get out of bed in the morning and just before you go to sleep at night. The more you use it, the stronger your aura becomes; I believe that each time you use it, the aura is incrementally strengthened.
The White Light technique takes only a few seconds to perform. It can be done anywhere, without any preparation.
White Light technique Using your creative imagination, imagine that you have a miniature sun, just like the sun in our solar system, deep in your solar plexus. This sun is radiating through every atom and cell of your being. It fills you with light to the tips of your fingers, the top of your head, and the soles of your feet. It shines through you and beyond you an arm's length in every direction - above your head, below your feet, out to the sides, creating an aura - a brilliant, dazzling, radiant White Light that completely surrounds and protects you from any negativity or harm.
Once you have familiarized yourself with the White Light technique you can use it with just a thought - an intention - and instantly you'll be protected. Think of turning on a light by flicking a switch; you can turn on the inner sun and let it shine through you like a light bulb, just as easily and quickly. It is extremely important to have a total conviction that you are safe within your White Light aura. Your thoughts, either negative or positive are powerful.
The vibrations of your aura vary constantly. They reflect your general state of being - your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. You should use the White Light technique when necessary. If you are confronted with any situation or person involving negativity, surround yourself with the White Light. Protection is needed before and after surgery or during hospitalizations.
Remember what weakens your aura:
Being upset, depressed, fearful, jealous or envious. The stronger the negative emotions, the weaker your protection! Avoid using drugs, smoking or alcohol as they will dramatically weaken your aura and invite unwanted negative spirit attachments.
It is imperative that you keep yourself in as positive a state of mind as possible, with your life balanced in regards to work, play and rest.
